If yes, then I’m sure you’ll remember legendary games such as It Came from the Desert, King of Chicago, Defender of the Crown and Wings. I’ve played most of their games and I consider myself a big fan of their products. Excellent graphics and intriguing gameplay are two of the things that characterize their games.
If no, then you’ll have a lot to look forward to..
Anyway, the good news is that Cinemaware is back in business. I just visited their website and it looks neat. If you’re interested in checking it out, please head over there by following this link.
Yesterday they released a short film called Cinemaware Summer 2012 Trailer. Thought you’d like watching it, so I’ve embedded it below. Enjoy the show!
So, what do you think?
Any other fans of classics such as Defender of the Crown and Wings out there? Would love to hear from you and perhaps you could write a bit about your history with these games? Thanks in advance.
I remember the Three Stooges game they released for Nintendo. That game was a bit tough, but a lot of fun to play. Unlike watching the current movie that they released of them. Never had a chance to play the other games.
Nice! I haven’t played it myself, but will check it out. If you get the chance, please give It Came from the Desert a spin. I’m sure that it’s a game you’d love to play!
Another attempt to build something new on giants shoulders, huh? Although I have more admiration to Deplhine, the Cinemaware with Wings was bold&beauty in 90s. No doubts.

I played Wings like there was no tomorrow. That music is still stuck in my head.
Oh yes, the music is epic.
Always loved the strafing-runs in the game, as well as the dogfights. Top notch action.

Delphine had some pretty neat stuff. Future Wars.. Flashback.. Cruise for a Corpse..
Cruise for a Corpse… Although I tried hard, I couldn’t finish it. I still have the original package, so maybe I will make it some day
I haven’t completed it either, so you are not alone.
Had some fancy-schmanzy graphics for its time.
