Hi folks,
It seems like some lucky people have started receiving their new AmigaOne X1000’s just in time for the weekend. A user at Amigaworld.net, MacSociety, got his machine some hours ago. So without further ado, here are four videos he uploaded to YouTube. π
Enjoy the show and have a nice weekend!
Cool stuff. If I just had the time, dang..

That looks cool. π Which C64 games do you play on it btw? Do you enjoy Commando and The Last Ninja?

Commando is excellent, but my favourite is Raid on Bungeling Bay. Been playing that a lot today, with a PS3 controller π
Also playing Amiga A1200 version of The Chaos Engine through WinAUE π
Android is a fantastic operating system for emulators!

I must say that Android sounds interesting. How’s the performance of UAE like on it? Does it run everything smoothly?
The Chaos Engine is a great game. I’ve got a copy for the Amiga CD32 ready to use. π Have you managed to complete it? I never did, but some day I will..

WinUAE is very smooth. I run it on my mobile phone; Samsung Galaxy S, and a 10″ tablet; Motorola Xoom. Both run it without a problem.
I think I finished Chaos Engine back in the day, but haven’t recently. I shall π

Thanks for the info, Smuggsy. Sounds like the Amiga still lives on through emulation on all kinds of devices. That’s a good thing. I don’t own any of these hi-tech devices myself, but I’ve seen them in action. It’s probably a whole lot of fun! π Maybe this is something I should consider purchasing in the future.
