Old Handheld Games

Hi there,

While cleaning up the storeroom today (which took many hours due to the large amount of stuff down there..), I found some neat handheld games. They are really old, but they still work. I find that impressive since they probably haven’t been used for over twenty years!

Thought I’d share my findings with you, so here are some pictures of the games:

Hope you enjoyed the pictures. Now I’m going to sort through some other items I found, including some Amiga magazines, CD’s and games (my copy of Monkey Island is still in excellent condition). 😀

Have a nice Easter everyone!

  1. That Race Time looks awesome and somewhat Game & Watchy! Do the V-Tech ones have another screen underneath the top half?

    • I will. 😉 Have several cases of floppies and original games though. It’s a shame they are just gathering dust down there, but sadly we haven’t got enough room to have them on display. If we move to a bigger place sometime in the future, then one of the rooms will become a retro-gaming sanctuary. That is my dream.

Also found an Amiga music CD with the official Amiga theme song from the 90’s. It is called Back for the Future I think. 😀

  3. Nice find! I love these old hand held games. I still have a Simpsons one somewhere. It was a cupcake catching game that was hard as hell to beat!

  4. Sweet as dude….

Hope you gonna hang on to them…. You got the original boxes for them too ?

Gonna pick up a few consoles soon, some limited edition rear items, I think I got about 30 consoles at the moment, so this should tip me over that :P….

Can’t wait to see what else you find, the Amiga magazines have me interested in what you plan to find, any chance of some photos ?

Be good, and keep it up…
