Hi guys,

Anyone else playing Lord of the Rings Online a.k.a LOTRO? I think it’s a great game and play it from time to time. 🙂 I’m on the Crickhollow server and go by the name Northridle if you want to say hi. I’m in the Heirs of the Dúnedain clan and my character is a Hunter.

The game is free-to-play, so you’ve got no excuse if you’re curious on giving it a go, hehe. You can get it through Steam, which I recommend.

Anyway, just discovered this nice video of the top 10 LOTRO locations. Thought you’d might want to see it.

      • My main is an Elf Hunter named Caelas, level 83’ish… Several alts on several servers but i dont think i have any on Crickhollow. I do have a Lifetime sub with probably loads of Lotro Coins so i could make a character there and buy the instant level up 😉 It would probably mean a big patch first since i havent started the game in many months. Laurelin is a very nice server although i wouldnt know how it is nowadays… I do usually also visit the music events on Landroval as groupie of The Shades (my Kins band 😉) which is very nice…

  2. Great compilation. This year I reached lvl105 and now I can travel to all those wonderful locations whenever I want.^^ I’m in Germany, so I’m on Gwaihir, looking forward to LOTRO’s next events and future regions: Minas Morgul, Dagorlad, Mordor, South Gondor, Khand, Rhûn, Northern Mirkwood … and hopefully someday the whole Kingdom of Erebor etc. Thanks to J.R.R. Tolkien who is the trailblazer for all fantasy worlds of today, LOTRO has the most epic lore ever and is definitely a Top10 MMORPG together with ESO, WoW, EQ2, GW2, NWO, AoC and some others.

    • Hi Kim and many thanks for commenting! 🙂 Congratulations on reaching level 105, well done! I’m not near this level yet, but have progressed quite a bit. I play on the Crickhollow server, which US based, even if I don’t live in the US. It was a coincidence that I signed up there. How is the Gwaihir server? Would be interesting trying a European server, especially considering time-zones and such. 😉 LOTRO is a great game.
