Hi guys,
Got hold of an Xbox recently and bought a game called Lord of the Rings: The Third Age for it. It’s an RPG and I used to spend quite some time playing it on my old Playstation 2. Ever since I traded in my Playstation 2 for a Nintendo Wii, the thought of playing this game has been lurking in the back of my mind.. 😉 I was supposed to buy the GameCube version, but that never happened. Xbox to the rescue!
I’m happy to say that the game is just as fun and entertaining as it was when I first tried it. Needless to say, I’m definitely going to invest some time into completing it.
If you’re interested in checking it out for yourself, I found a review on YouTube by CGR Undertow which covers all you need to know about it. 😉
Anyone else out there playing this game or having played it in the past? If yes, what is your opinion about it?
Thanks for reading and have a nice day!

RPG is something I never get into. I tried Black Crypt and Ishar (on Amiga and Atari ST) but never feel the vibe. Watch the orcs, man! 😀

Hehe.. will watch out for orcses, like Gollum says. 😉 Right now I’m going to fight the Balrog with aid from Gandalf! Looking forward to that.
You might like this game, since it is not as complicated as many other RPG’s. You’ll learn the controls and how the game works pretty quickly. You also don’t have to invest a ton of hours getting somewhere.
