As announced at the Amiwest event last weekend, the AmigaOne X5000 is officially released. This board will run AmigaOS 4.1, MorphOS and Linux.
The info below was taken from Amigaos.net and is NOT a press release. There you will find information concerning the system.
The AmigaONE X5000 is the latest PowerPC based computer developed by A-EON Technology. The new board, codenamed Cyrus Plus, will be an eventual replacement for the Nemo (AmigaONE X1000) board.
A-EON technology, have once again commissioned Ultra Varisys to develop a new high-end, prestige platform specifically created to run the AmigaOS, although it also supports a number of other PowerPC operating systems such as Ubuntu and Debian etc. The Cyrus Plus board is designed around Freescale’s QorlQ P5 64-bit PowerPC CPU SoC range. These high performance, low power-consumption multi-core CPUs contain 64-bit e5500 cores manufactured in 45 nm process technology.
The first model in the Cyrus Plus series, the AmigaONE X5000 contains the dual-core P5020 CPU running at 2.0Ghz. The new board is under beta testing by a small group of users and developers. Once that process is complete an additional batch of boards will be manufactured for everyone to purchase and use. The Cyrus Plus board will also support the P5040 when it becomes commercially available in greater volume. This is a 64-bit quad-core PowerPC Freescale CPU which operates up to 2.2 GHz.

The new Amiga retailer, Amiga on the Lake, has the motherboard for sale at $1593.50, while a complete system with extras costs $1865. This shop is located in the US. Have not seen it for sale in Europe yet. Other retailers like Amistore, AmigaKit, Vesalia and Alinea will hopefully get it out soon.
