Hi all,

Do you remember the legendary demo Dope by Complex? the MS-DOS PC demo that won the PC demo competition at The Gathering 1995 in Norway? If yes, then I’m sure you’ll also remember the amazing music in the demo. It was composed by Jugi and has become a classic amongst demo enthusiasts, myself included. For me this song is just as good as the theme in Second Reality by Future Crew, which was made by Purple Motion. If you haven’t seen it, please have a look at it here:

Anyway, today I visited Kuokka’s great YouTube-channel (he is the guy that uploads a lot of Amiga music optimized for head phones) to listen to some music while working. I quickly noticed that he’d uploaded a Commodore 64 version of Onward Ride! Wow, I just had to listen and it turned out to be awesome! 🙂 I’ve embedded the video below, so you can have a listen for yourself. The C64 version was done by Flex of Artline Designs (Antti Hannula).
