In the latest issue I received of Amiga Addict (not the newest one), I read about a Super Cars II tournament on a service called Anstream Arcade. Got a bit curious, so decided to download the client and give it a go. That is something I do not regret, because it turned out to be a lot of fun. 🙂

Not only does Antstream Arcade have a ton of old classics available for playing, like Pac Man, Boulderdash, Double Dragon, Slam Tilt, and The Secret of Monkey Island, but there are leaderboards, challenges and tournaments you can participate in as well! This lifts retro gaming to a whole new level in my opinion.

Right now there is a One Chance Pac Man Challenge available. The aim is to get as many points as possible with only 1 life. I’ve played a few rounds and it is pretty hard. My best score is currently 14,860, which is the 58th place in the challenge.

Made a small recording of the gameplay, so that you can see Antstream Arcade in action with Pac Man. 🙂 Hope you like it!
